We'll receive your booking right away and personally review your appointment details. You’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know before your visit, including how to find the salon, where to park and what to expect when you arrive.
When you come in, we’ll take time to talk through your short-term and long-term hair goals before getting started. Communication is a huge part of the experience at The Hive and every appointment begins with making sure we’re aligned.
